This is my first ever visit to oliva clinic after seeing the review of the clinic on google, I was expecting exceptional hospitality services from doctor and management but it turned out to be the opposite. Doctor was so hurry I found out that was getting irritated by questions that was related hair loss.I also beforehand informed that this is the first ever visit of mine to any clinic. But she again started rushing nothing was asked about my use of products, she said to change in lifestyle which is such a vague statement, I am now more stressed with lot of questions in head. Very very disappointed with the way they rushed and hospitality services is 0, She didn’t even ask question more like am i having itching or dandruff, by my follow up questions she was getting irritated which clearly showed on her face. When I asked the management about her experience they rudely replied why do you even want it ?… is this the way to respond ? And said she has a american degree what more could you want.. Please look into my concern. Am very disappointed.

Though she didnt recommend any prp treatment saying its a grade 2 stage and asked me to hve some kind of serum without putting efforts into explaining of what does that serum has.
