The way Dr. Jaya talks is very sweet. I got laser toning done from her because I had hyperpigmentation scars after repeated cystic acne episodes. I was scared that it might burn my skin but she told me that Oliva uses Q-Switched Nd:YAG laser which  is highly specialized.
