I am an air hostess with thick, unwanted hair growth. Is a 15-day interval between the first and second laser hair removal session safe?

Laser hair reduction is a very safe treatment with modern FDA approved technology like diode, alexandrite, and triple wavelength lasers. After the first session of laser, there is usually a hair free interval of 10-15 days, post which hair growth starts again and session is given when enough growth is observed. For first session in thick, unwanted hair, second session is usually done at 3-4 weeks mark when the growth has come in a good amount. However, the absolute interval between sessions is variable and dependent on rate of hair growth which differs from person to person. Most likely the growth would not be enough at 15-day interval for another session; giving a session at inadequate growth may cause reduced efficacy of the session or even paradoxical increase in hair growth. Please discuss the details with your dermatologist regarding the same after giving your normal and medical history.
