Is it okay to start treating my acne scars while I still have active breakouts, or should I wait until my acne clears up completely?
Ideally, dermatologists treat the active acne first before treating acne scars. Some specific scar correction procedures (like lasers or MNRF) are best done once the skin is stable. This ensures better results and prevents new scars from forming.
