Can anyone tell me the difference between body contouring, inch loss and cool sculpting? Which one is the best?

All these are different names for technologies to remove stubborn fat, cellulite and tone the body. Body contouring broadly refers to using different technologies to destroy fat cells and cellulite in different areas of the body, including bigger areas like abdomen and smaller areas like arms, neck etc. Inch loss usually refers to removal of unsightly areas of stubborn fat or cellulite to show a visible difference in the size of the area. Coolsculpting, more accurately known as cryolipolysis is using cold probes to freeze the fat cells and tone the skin. It is a method of body contouring as well as inch loss. Other technologies include, radiofrequency contouring (uses heat to remove fat and cellulite, also induces collagen), laser lipolysis (uses laser to destroy fat), injection lipolysis (using chemicals injected to break down fat) etc. You can consult a specialist for more details and which technology would be suitable for you. Keep in mind that getting your desired body would include adjusting your diet, activity and physical exercise to get sustained results in losing weight and toning of body.
