Pathetic

I visited Oliva Indira Nagar branch during 2019 (pre-pandemic) hoping i would get a solution for my Acne scars. Dr. Sathvika diagnosed my condition and recommended Ablate laser treatment of 6 sessions (which is sufficient to see significant results). Doctor promised the results should be impressive. Based on the trust on the clinic I opted the treatment as suggested and had invested not only my time but the entire 6 months savings. But, post 3 sessions I didn’t see any changes at all which was evident from my friends, family saying “There’s no improvement”, to regain the confidence on the treatment I consulted few reputed dermatologists in Bangalore and shockingly the dermatologists came with different kind of effective treatment and did not recommend Ablative laser alone. I raised an immediate concern regarding the same, for which the manager (I don’t know exact name and designation) referred me to Dr. Dilshad, HRBR clinic.I was convinced by Dr. Dilshad consultation at that moment and took 2 more sessions. The results were same – Not even a little progress. There’s no slightest improvement at all after 5 sessions, the images shown on the progress cannot be considered as standard to compare results because none of the people I met regularly or rarely has seen slightest improvement. Infact, when I asked myself people say “Sorry, I see no changes”. I lost all the hopes in the clinic and I strong recommend not to trust Oliva at least for Acne scars. Doctors try to convince you by showing images which is not the right way (Reality is completely different). I’m not going for the final session and if the clinic is ethical they should accept and completely refund what I spent. I trusted them twice, after all it was a disaster.
